By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. Intellectual Property All content published and made available on our Site is the property of HiDesine and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps: Subscription is for time-blocking graphic design services for their business, where they can essentially hire me as an add-on to their team without the commitment of hiring an employee. Payments We accept the following payment methods on our Site: - Credit Card; and - PayPal. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction. Shipping and Delivery When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods: - Standard delivery by post. Delivery may take 5 - 7 business days, or longer depending on your location. Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase. If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Canada your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them. Refunds Refunds for Goods ALL SALES ARE FINAL By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, cancellations, refunds, or changes to your order cannot be accommodated at this time. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, order errors, or dissatisfaction with the product. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or repair, provided the issue is verified and subject to product availability. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once your claim has been processed, we will advise what to do with the damaged or defective item. We will ship you the replacement free of charge. Refund requests must be made within 2 day (48 hours) after receiving your product parcel. Refunds must be requested through our Contact Us portal, and goods must be delivered back to HiDesine's warehouse before refund is provided. Thorough inspection of the product will be taken to determine if refund is warranted. Refund is given with HiDesine's discretion. All product tags, receipts, and accompaniments must remain with the product to receive a return. HiDesine may ask for images of the product prior to the return to determine validity of refund. Refunds automatically do not apply to the following goods: - All Digital Downloads, Design templates, graphic design services, branding services, general services. Refunds for Services We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows: - The services will be 50% refunded if the services are cancelled at least 72 hours before the services were scheduled to be provided. After 72 hours, the services will be provided without a refund. Returns Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure: Contact our team to see if you apply for a return. Pack your product in a return package and go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage to return your product. Once the product is delivered, HiDesine will conduct a thorough inspection before providing any refund. Digital Product Policy This Digital Product Policy governs the terms and conditions for the purchase, access, and use of digital products offered on HiDesine.com (the "Website"). By purchasing or accessing any digital product from this Website, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by the terms outlined below, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. 1.
